Homestead Studio Suites Acquires Denver Tech Center Mainstay Suites; Purchase Increases Brand's Denver Portfolio to Five
ATLANTA, Headquartered in Atlanta, Homestead Studio Suites Hotels today announced the acquisition of the 100-room Mainstay Suites located at 9253 East Costilla Avenue in the Tech Center area of Denver, Colorado. Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
Built in 1996, the 3-story interior corridor hotel features Homestead brand standards such as a coin-operated guest laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with workspace and computer dataport in every guest room. Additional amenities specific to this location include a gathering area with television off the lobby, an exercise room, hot tub and guest pantry complete with various quick meal preparations and sundry items.
"We fully expect this to be a seamless integration into the Homestead brand. The hotel is in excellent shape and due to the product type, there will be little renovation required," stated President/CEO Gary A. DeLapp.
