Household-Based Segmentation Enables Relevant Direct Marketing Communications

Cohorts, the household-based segmentation system developed by Looking Glass, Inc., will enable IHG to better define its most valuable customers by matching purchasing habits, channel behaviors, and demographics and lifestyles to individual households. This will empower the marketing and analytics groups of IHG to further enhance the effectiveness of already sophisticated behavior models by sending the right message to the right household.
