TORONTO, Canada - VFM Interactive Inc., the leading provider of interactive content solutions to the lodging and travel industry, announces that Paolo Boni, vice president of corporate development and corporate counsel, has been named president and chief executive officer, succeeding Hugh Agro. Mr. Agro, who led the Company since October 2001, is returning to the merchant banking practice of Senator Capital Partners, a leading investor in VFM Interactive. Mr. Agro will continue his involvement in the strategic direction of VFM Interactive by joining its Board of Directors.

Paolo Boni has provided advisory services to VFM Interactive since August 2001 and was appointed its vice president of corporate development and corporate counsel in June 2002.
