PARSIPPANY, N.J. | Hotel operators now can experience the benefits of the Knights Inn® brand at minimum risk by participating in its Knights Inn Test Drive program, which features a franchise agreement with one-year initial window, low initial payments and a flexible fee structure.

Operators who sign a franchise with the Knights Inn brand under the Knights Inn Test Drive program pay a $5,000 initial franchise fee, $1,000 application fee and sign a three-year agreement that features a mutual window after the first year. In addition, owners of properties with 50 rooms or more have the option of paying a flat fee of $20.80 or 5 percent of revenues per room per month.

“Our objective is to remain competitive and accelerate the growth of our brand,” said Knights Inn President Rajiv Bhatia. “Through the new Knights Inn Test Drive program, I’m confident that we’ll attract new franchisees, who will enjoy being a part of our brand so much that they’ll want more than just a test drive.”
