Kinseth Hospitality Corporation (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and management company and Dial Realty Corp., a real estate development firm located in Omaha, Nebraska are pleased to announce the opening of the Hampton Inn & Suites - Northeast I-80, an 82-unit hotel. The newly constructed property is located within the Salt Creek Center development at the intersection of Interstate 80 and North 27th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The four-story Hampton Inn & Suites Northeast hotel features 82 beautifully appointed guest rooms and spacious suites. Each guest room is furnished with all the amenities of home, plus high-speed wireless internet access and a flat screen television. All suites have microwave and refrigerator standard. Space is available for meetings and functions in the Husker Meeting Room and the Lincoln Boardroom. The hotel also offers complimentary On The House™ hot breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness center and business center with fax and copy services available.

In addition to opening the Hampton Inn & Suites, KHC and Village Gardens Development Company of Lincoln, Nebraska, opened a 91-unit Residence Inn, at the intersection of Pine Lake Road and South 56th Street in Lincoln. The location of the hotel, within The Marketplace at Village Gardens, is positioned to serve hotel guests drawn to the rapidly expanding commercial and residential development in southeast Lincoln. Ongoing retail and commercial development within the 370,000 square foot Marketplace of Village Gardens at build-out will feature many restaurants, retail outlets and services which make this an ideal location for accommodating hotel guests in the area.

The three-story Residence Inn South features 91 guest rooms, including a number of suites each featuring a fireplace. As is the case with all Residence Inn hotels, this property will feature The Gatehouse area housing the hotel's front desk, Hearth Room and The Market, a 24-hour self-service food and beverage area. The Residence Inn at the Marketplace is expected to open for guests in the summer of 2009.
