The Austrian software vendor TAC has recently launched "In Facebook Booking App", a new embedded application certified by Facebook. A hotel's Facebook fans are able to book treatments, buy or redeem gift certificates and purchase products without asking them to change the media channel and, risk losing them and their revenues. Guest reservations and sales completed via Facebook instantly appear on the Reservation Assistant availability screens, in guest profiles and on revenue reports.
