The Best Western Premier Sukhumvit and Best Western Plus @20 Sukhumvit in Bangkok, Thailand have seen an increase in revenue and a reduction in costs since installing Guestline's cloud hosted property management system, Rezlynx.

The Best Western Premier Sukhumvit has 145 rooms and suites, all furnished to a modern design with the latest technology and the Best Western PLUS @20 Sukhumvit is a boutique hotel offering 78 bedrooms and suites. The properties opted for Rezlynx PMS, EPoS, Guestline Distribution and the Advanced Conference and Banqueting Manager to help them manage their reservations, streamline operations and drive repeat bookings.

Configuration and training was carried out in depth resulting in our teams being fully competent to use the system from the moment it went live. Switch over was that seamless our guests did not even notice anything had changed.

As a multi-site user it is a great benefit to be able to work in the different hotel's systems in real time. This has allowed me to amalgamate revenue and reservation teams who can work for both properties from one location saving us the cost of having to employ two different teams.

The system offers many benefits with its added extras such as the auto-confirmation sending, allowing us to automatically send pre-arrival emails to guests or thank you emails following their departure. This makes our hotels look and feel much more professional in the way we interact with our guests and we have already seen our repeat business increase as a result.
