Runtriz and LugLess Team Up to Eliminate Baggage Burden for Hotel Guests
Partnership gives guests an easy, affordable luggage shipping solution to and from their hotel
Runtriz, the leading digital and guest engagement provider for hotels, and LugLess, the first cost-competitive alternative to checking bags, have partnered to enable hotel guests to ship their luggage directly to and from their hotel. The program will allow travelers to avoid the costly and inconvenient process of carrying, checking and reclaiming their bags at the airport.
LugLess will be offered in the Runtriz guest engagement platform so that hotel brand partners will be able to seamlessly offer guests the ability to ship suitcases, golf clubs, skis and more directly to and from their property. This integration will make it easy for hotels to put the LugLess service in the palm of guests' hands via their mobile website or app.
