Avvio, the market-leading AI booking platform, partners with hundreds of independent and group hotels across Europe and North America to grow their direct booking channels.

The integration carried out by Cendyn and Avvio was conducted on behalf of a mutual hotel customer, Roomzzz, a hotel brand specializing in luxury aparthotels across the United Kingdom. Their award-winning properties combine the best features of a boutique hotel and the convenience of a serviced apartment.

One key pillar of the Roomzzz loyalty strategy was to offer member rates to drive revenue and repeat bookings amongst their loyal guests. Connecting Cendyn's eLoyalty platform with the Avvio booking engine enabled them to do just that with Perkzzz. Members will now be able to enroll in the Roomzzz loyalty program directly via the booking engine and seamlessly access Perkzzz via both the booking engine and the Roomzzz website.

Following the integration, Roomzzz will be able to benefit from a simplified and centralized loyalty program across their entire enterprise. Using eInsight, Roomzzz will be able to deliver customized, dynamic communications and recognize loyalty members with personalized offers, rewards and more.
