20th July 2021, Singapore – DocMX announced today that several landmark hotels in Singapore have launched digital transformation initiatives leveraging innovative DocMX technology, with the support of the Singapore Tourism Board. Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre (IHG Group), Conrad Centennial Singapore and Hilton Garden Inn have all engaged in digitisation to increase productivity and resilience in the face of unprecedented challenges in the hospitality industry.

Collaborating with the forward-thinking teams in these hotels, DocMX enabled digitisation and automation of key operations in finance, accounting, reservations, sales and more. With a fast implementation turnaround, DocMX delivered savings by automating various manual tasks, and virtually eliminated printing-related expenditure.

The system allows efficient collaboration and sharing of resources across different business areas – even remotely when required. In short, going forward, the hotels will operate in a much more efficient and agile manner, to reduce risk as travel activity levels fluctuate in the coming months and years.

The Hilton and IHG hotels' initiative was supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Part of the wider efforts to help the travel industry in the wake of the pandemic, the STB encourages technology innovation and adoption, and the redesign of business models to improve productivity and competitiveness in the long term.
