Groups360 Onboards New Technology and Information Security Members
Manohar Arumbur, VP of information technology and operations, and William Hanning, chief information security officer, have joined the Groups360’s leadership team
Groups360 welcomes two senior technology leaders at its corporate headquarters. Manohar Arumbur will use his technical leadership skills, team building and consulting expertise to lead the organization forward in technology and operations. William Hanning enters the company with years of experience overseeing large-scale projects and will direct Information Security for Groups360 globally.
Arumbur is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in partnering with stakeholders to implement and manage customer applications in technology and engineering. His career includes management and leadership roles that have helped shape and increase the effectiveness of numerous organizations. Arumbur has significant consulting background with large enterprises like Accenture and Deloitte. Arumbur has served as executive director and chief information officer for the Department of Human Services, State of Tennessee. Most recently, Arumbur served as director of application development, engineering services, and quality engineering with Cigna-HealthSpring.
“As the company is focused on helping re-imagine and re-define transactions between planners and suppliers in meeting and events industry, I look forward to applying my experience to quickly scale Groups360’s rapidly growing technology and engineering teams,” Arumbur said.
Hanning is a highly skilled information security practitioner, with over 20 years of information technology and security experience in the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. Before joining Groups360, Hanning most recently served as the AVP of information security at Ardent Health Services, overseeing information security operations for over 30 hospitals and 180 clinics across the U.S. He brings advanced expertise in regulatory compliance, closing security gaps and consolidating and standardizing technology and security platforms. Hanning is now entering the company as the chief information security officer, where he will lead the information security program for Groups360, focusing on security systems standardization, regulatory compliance, and data security governance.
