Growth Advisors International Network - GAIN, a leading global travel, hospitality technology and innovation advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Karen O’Neill as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective July 5, 2023.

Karen is a highly successful, C-level global hospitality technology industry commercial professional, with over twenty years of experience working with top-tier hospitality, travel and restaurant companies and clients.

Over her extensive career, Karen has led the commercial efforts at; MICROS Systems (now Oracle Hospitality) as Vice President of Hotel Sales and Strategies, StayNTouch as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and in 2017 became President, Americas for Knowcross. Most recently, in 2021 Karen transitioned to the SVP, Americas upon the acquisition of Knowcross by UniFocus.

In her role as CRO of GAIN, Karen will be responsible for leading and implementing the company's commercial growth strategies leadership. In addition, Karen will be leading GAIN’s Sales360 advisory professional services platform and team for GAIN’s global travel and hospitality clients.
