McLean, VA – The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Sales Leader Forum will take place in Long Beach, CA on Nov. 8, 2023. This year’s event, organized by HSMAI’s Sales Advisory Board, will focus on “Leading the Way,” when it comes to important trends, critical insights, and evolving customers and what they mean for leading hotel sales teams today and in the future.

Held annually, the HSMAI Sales Leader Forum completes the series of HSMAI Commercial Strategy events for 2023, following ROC Americas and the Marketing Strategy Conference. We’ll suggest tactical solutions for fueling hospitality sales and delve into what it means to lead hotel sales teams in today’s landscape. Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHBA, president and CEO, HSMAI

The event will include thought leaders and expert speakers from industry-leading companies including Amadeus, Ashford, Atrium, Clairvoyix, Grand Wailea Maui: A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Groups360, Hilton Hotels, The Hotels Network, IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Kalibri Labs, Most People Don’t, LLC, PM Hotels and ZS.
