AccorHotels, overview

AccorHotels operates over 5,000 hotels across more than 110 countries. The leading French brand portfolio scales from Mid & Economy brands like Ibis, Mercure, Novotel and Adagio to Luxury & Premium such as brands Sofitel, Pullman, Raffles and MGallery.

The Partnership

The partnership between Wifirst and AccorHotels began in 2013 with the Mercure, Novotel, Pullman and the MGallery brands. However, this partnership was strengthened further in 2016 as Wifirst became a preferred supplier of WiFi and Fibre Leased Line services referenced by AccorHotels for all brands.

The Deployment

Thanks to our dedicated Project Management and Installation teams, Wifirst successfully installed 200 hotels within the space of just three months in 2013, and a further 300 hotels during the next three-month phase in 2016. Fast forward to 2020, and we now provide WiFi and Fibre Leased Lines to over 1000 AccorHotels. In addition to being an approved supplier, Wifirst also has a dedicated Operations team focused entirely on serving Accor.

The Result

Wifirst's experience in delivering class-leading WiFi and Fibre for the hospitality industry has enabled AccorHotels to improve guest satisfaction. In the last quarter of 2019, guests staying at Accor properties were so impressed with our WiFi services, they voted Wifirst hotels to be the best performing in 26 of the top 30 hotels on Booking.com. Furthermore, hotels equipped with Wifirst WiFi have seen an average of a 0.5 point increase each year!
