Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences chooses Mews to power its portfolio of over 40 properties
The rapidly growing French hotel group uses Mews to easily manage its blend of short and long stays.
Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud, has been chosen by Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences group to manage its growing portfolio of over 40 properties in France.
Zenitude is a French aparthotel group that welcomes travelers for short and long stays in its full-equipped studios and apartments. These properties are often located close to business centers, transport hubs and tourist attractions, catering to a wide range of guests, including business travelers, tourists, families and students.
“A number of our residences are already running on Mews, and we can see a clear difference in terms of operational efficiency and delivering a seamless guest journey,” said Romain Lubrano, CEO of Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences. “Managing the rest of our portfolio with Mews became an obvious choice. Because Zenitude caters to a diverse mix of customers, an agile 100% cloud-based management system was the best solution to easily manage short stay and long stay guests. Mews Spaces provides flexible space management across different space types and time periods, including a monthly timeline view and pro-rata functionality. This allows guests to book partial months and pay according to the duration of their stay, with the remaining days in the month open for booking to other guests. This is a big advantage for Zenitude, as short gaps between extended stays can be filled with short-stay reservations, maximizing revenue.
Automating a more cohesive digital guest journey was also important for the group. Previously, various communications had to be written and sent manually, which took a lot of time and increased the likelihood of mistakes. Mews automates communications throughout the guest journey, including various customizable emails, and provides options like online check-in and check-out and a virtual concierge.
Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences also wanted to streamline and unify their payment processes across their residences. They use Stripe in conjunction with Mews Payments to guarantee fast, secure payments for every transaction.
