Commitment to elevating its CRM solution enhances Nemacolin’s operations and enriches the guest experience through the integration of real-time data from multiple systems
Today, Hapi, the leading provider of hospitality data and connectivity solutions, announced its work with the Nemacolin Resort, which resulted in winning the prestigious 2024 Hotel Visionary Partnership Award from Hospitality Technology. The Partnership Award is presented to a hotelier-vendor team that demonstrated exceptional collaborative ideation and execution of a technology solution over 12 months or longer.
In today’s often disparate technology environment, system integrations can be overwhelming. For example, team members can be alerted to VIP arrivals for the day to prepare rooms according to guest preferences, such as stocking the mini-fridge with their favorite treat or drink.
- Highly Targeted and Personalized Marketing—Access to data-driven insights helps hoteliers develop targeted marketing campaigns based on past and future arrival and departure dates, previous cancellation dates, geographic segmentation, and various guest profile data inputs.
