Dustin Dent has been promoted Managing Director at Nemacolin
Dent joined Nemacolin in August 2023, and has played a pivotal role in transforming the resort into a luxury destination. As the vice president of development, he led significant efforts as the point person between the resort's ownership and leadership with the architectural, design, and construction teams. His efforts include the recent openings of several key venues.
Before joining Nemacolin, Dent held various leadership positions across the United States, including roles at prestigious resorts and hospitality brands such as Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa in Moab, Utah; Crystal Mountain Resort in Enumclaw, Washington; and Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, West Virginia. His extensive experience encompasses general and operations management, project leadership, food and beverage, and guest service excellence. He has a proven track record of driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, integrating cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
