Dr. Tong Yin is the Founder and CEO of InsightBridge Global LLC, an AI-driven hospitality intelligence and strategy advisory firm headquartered in the United States. Bridging twenty years of senior hospitality operations across Asia with rigorous academic research at Auburn University, where he earned his PhD in hospitality strategy, his work focuses on the architecture of trust, organizational resilience, and pricing intelligence in service industries.

He is the originator of the Core Code Theory and Home Model frameworks — distinguishing between codifiable Performance UI capabilities that AI replicates and the tacit, identity-based Core Code that remains uniquely human — and the architect of the MARE intelligent pricing engine designed for emerging-market hotel demand profiles.

His academic work has been published or is under review at the International Journal of Hospitality Management, the Journal of Business Ethics (a Financial Times 50 journal), and Business Strategy and the Environment, among others.
