WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Nov. 23 / The President Wilson Hotel in Geneva will join The Luxury Collection on Jan. 1, 2000, under terms of an agreement signed between Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. HOT, and S.A. de Hotel President.

The 255-room President Wilson Hotel holds a five-star rating from the prestigious Societe Suisse des Hoteliers. It is located on Quai Wilson on the shore of Lac Leman, with a dazzling view of the lake's famous "Jet d'Eau" fountain. The hotel is within walking distance of the United Nations and close to the Palais Wilson, headquarters of the Human Rights Organization.

The hotel underwent a $123 renovation which was completed in 1995 that included construction of a new wing, plus a heated swimming pool and outdoor Garden Cafe overlooking Lac Leman. The hotel features two restaurants, Le Cirq and L'Arabesque.
