Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, announced that its Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS) has become fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Thailand's first-ever data protection law. With this development, Hotelogix aims to help hotels in Thailand collect, process, and disclose their guests' data per the law.

Introduced in 2022, the PDPA legislation protects individuals' personal data and ensures that businesses in Thailand handle such data responsibly and ethically. It mandates data controllers and processors receive consent from data owners and use their personal data only for expressed purposes.
