Quore and VSR have integrated their platforms so hotels can use VSR's VAIA voice AI to automatically create and route guest and staff requests into Quore's operations system, with AD1 Hospitality's Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee as the pilot property.

AUBURN, Calif. & FRANKLIN, Tenn. (June 11, 2026)—A new integration between Quore and VSR enables hotels to use voice-powered communication to submit and manage operational requests more efficiently. Through the integration, hotels using Quore’s orchestration software and VSR’s VAIA conversational agentic AI assistant can leverage voice interactions to route requests directly into the hotel operations system, helping streamline workflows, improve response times, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Industry pioneer AD1 Hospitality offered the Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks hotel in Orlando as the initial hotel to take advantage of this integration. "AD1 Hospitality believes the integration between Quore and VSR represents a meaningful step forward in hotel operations, connecting AI-powered guest communication with the operational orchestration hotels need to respond with speed and consistency,” said Jon McMillian, VP of Marketing and eCommerce for AD1 Hospitality.

“By automatically routing guest requests into Quore, the integration helps improve response times, reduce operational friction, streamline cross-department workflows, and give hotel teams greater visibility into what needs attention,” McMillian added. “From our perspective as an early user, this type of intelligent automation has the potential to strengthen both the guest experience and operational performance across the portfolio.”

Through VAIA, guests and hotel employees can interact with Quore’s platform using natural voice conversations from any mobile phone, guestroom, or hotel phone. The platform automatically recognizes and posts service requests and issues, in addition to answering questions in 26 different languages. The required information is immediately routed into the Quore platform for immediate action and follow-up by the hotel team members.

For example, a guest can call the hotel and request extra towels, report a maintenance issue, or ask for housekeeping service, and VAIA automatically creates and routes the request through Quore for fulfillment by the appropriate department.

"At Quore, our goal is to help hotel teams respond faster and operate more efficiently, and this integration with VSR creates a powerful new way to connect guest and staff communications directly to hotel operations,” said Richard Bradbury, Vice President, Product for Quore. “During the pilot phase at Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks, our teams work closely to monitor the quality of tickets being opened in Quore. The goal is to continuously improve how requests are interpreted, routed, and managed.

“No matter the guests’ request, a staff member can report a maintenance issue, or a team member can create a task through voice interaction, and VAIA will help ensure the right information reaches the right department quickly,” Bradbury added. “By combining conversational AI with Quore's operational workflows, we're reducing manual intake, improving visibility, and helping hotel teams focus more of their time on delivering exceptional guest experiences."

The Quore/VSR integration supports voice-assisted requests from guestrooms, public common areas, and administrative extensions. Both guests and staff can speak directly with VAIA to create and monitor guest requests, work orders, complaints, and tasks within Quore. Using keyword recognition and contextual analysis, the system automatically maps conversations to the appropriate ticket type and routes requests to the correct department.

"The future of hospitality lies in connecting guest communications directly to hotel operations," said Mark Cederloff, CEO of VSR. "By combining VAIA's conversational agentic AI capabilities with Quore's operational platform, hotels can automate routine requests, streamline workflows, and respond faster to guest needs. This integration helps create a more connected hotel environment where staff can focus on service, guests receive faster resolutions, and management gains greater visibility into operational performance.”
