Slated to open in 2028, the resort will be located in Las Terrenas, a picturesque destination on the Dominican Republic's Samaná Peninsula, celebrated for its white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and relaxed Caribbean vibe. The property is owned by DACC Investment Blu SRL.
